Can you guarantee a pickup or delivery date and time?

Yes, we can! All you need to do is decide whether you need the car picked up by a specific date or on a specific date, which will determine the extra cost involved to guarantee your time frame. Do I have to be at pick-up or delivery locations?

It is advisable that you be at a pickup location. if you can`t be there personally you can leave a representative or put the keys somewhere.

Is my vehicle insured during transport?

We carry a minimum of $250000 in cargo insurance.

Are my personal items in the vehicle insured?

Personal items inside the vehicle are not covered by cargo insurance.

What do I have to do if my vehicle is damaged during transport?

Please Inspect your vehicle before signing the BOL (Bill Of Lading). If there are any damages, please note damages on the BOL (Bill of Lading), take pictures of the damage, and contact our dispatcher.

Do I have to pay a deductible?

No, you don`t.

How can I pay for my transport service?

We accept credit cards, cash, PayPal, Zelle, or CashApp.

What is the discounted cash price?

We provide a 5% discount for cash payments. Cash can be in the form of a Cashier’s Check or Money Order or any form of certified funds.

Is there any sales tax on car shipping?

Shipping a vehicle is a tax-exempt service. We will offer you our lowest quote possible ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE.

How can I cancel the order?
